Jude was predeceased by: grandparents, Ann Koleski Taylor, Steve and Helen Telischak. Jude is survived by: parents, Ronald Telischak and Carol Telischak; brother David Telischak (Becky); and nephews, Monte and Harrison.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mathias the Apostle Church (1200 W Sprague Rd, Cleveland, OH 44134). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Busch Funeral Home (7501 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129).
