He was predeceased by : his parents, Hillard Cook and Fairy Cook; his daughter Denise Getty; and his sister Debra Beville. He is survived by : his wife Eleanor; his children, David Cook (Sherry), Dawn Oaks (Randy) and Kenneth Cook Jr.; his grandchildren, Samantha Getty, Tyler Getty, Tiffany Masters (Eric), Brittney Orack (Nick) and Lauren Freeze; and his siblings, Franklin Cook (Diane) and Karen Cook McDonald.
