She is survived by: her children, Edward (Theresa), Steven, Cheryl Perchinske (Joseph), Ronald (Cindy) and Mary Lynn Lewis (Michael); her grandchildren, Ronald (Allison), Amanda O'Conor (Danny), Matthew (Lynn), Michael (Sophia), Mitchell, Emily, Cayla and Ariel; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Eliza, Marnie, Scout and Levi.
