She was predeceased by : her parents, Anna Moscal and Mykola Moscal; and her daughter Marie Bohuslawsky. She is survived by : her son Peter Proch; her granddaughter Christina Bohuslawsky-Brown (Jarrod); and her great grandchildren, Valerie and Laryssa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pokrova Ukrainian Catholic Church.
