She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Rybak and Florence Rybak; her husband John A. Smith; and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony (Debra), Michael, William and John; her grandchildren, Anthony (Angela), Katherine (Daniel), Hayley (Charles) and Bradley (Katlyn); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Alexandria (Alex), Jaycie, Braydan, Addison, David, Charlotte, Marlowe, Jake, Lucille and William; her great great grandchild Aurora; and her siblings, Christine Cornell (David) and Paul. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
