He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his sons, Vincent Fazio (Cyndi) and John; his parents, Vincent Fazio and Splendora Fazio; and his sister Mary Ann Cirino (Paul).
He is survived by: his daughter Anna Maria Fazio (Tim); his grandchildren, Gina Dalrymple (Matthew), Amanda Caporale (Domenic), Sophia, Raymond and Dalrymple; and his siblings, Vincent Fazio (Ilene), Diana Pollack (Stan) and Lisa Winget (Doug).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald A. Faulhaber Funeral Home (7915 Broadview Rd, Broadview Heights, OH 44147). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (6740 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134). A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (480 W Highland Rd, Northfield, OH 44067).
