He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Blazanek. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Soucek; and his children, Michael (Jan), Timothy James, Susan Kozlowski (Mike), Mark (Arlene), Nancy Surak (Matthew) and Ted (Georgine). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
