He is survived by: his children, Christian Rallya, Timothy Rallya (late Jenny), Michele Taylor, Cheryle Rallya and Kimberly Rallya; his grandchildren, Michael, Christine, Shannon, Misty, Scott, Steven, Matt, Kori, Brittney, Ryan and Jamie; Joan Rallya.
