He was predeceased by: his sister Jean; and his parents, Sylvia Prosser and William Prosser. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Prosser (Hockenberry); his daughters, Michele Lynn Taylor (Gary) and Christine Lee Prosser Seaman (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Holly Mae Freed, Mallory Lorence Taylor and Thomas Christian Seaman.
