He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toth and Margaret Toth; his daughter Christine Kopcho; his brothers, John, Joe, George, James and Stephen Toth; and his brother-in-law Tom Hess.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Stephen Toth (Traci), James Toth (Melissa) and Nick Kopcho; his grandchildren, Nicholette Homa (Jesse), Lauren Rowley (Dominic), Megan Gage (Christopher), Joshua Toth, Benjamin Toth, Zach Toth and Morgan Toth; his great grandchildren, Luciano, Nico, Mia and Baby Rowley; his sister Marge Hess; his siblings-in-law, Geoff Hrach (Charlotte) and Pat Hileman (late Rick); and his pet PJ.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (7501 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (7367 York Rd, Parma, OH 44130).
