He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Margi"; his son Matthew Robert; his parents, Donald Poole and Margaret Poole; and his siblings, Jean Schuette (Keith) and Loreta Ford (John).
He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Anthony (Amy) and Daniel Adam; his grandchild Dylanne (Matt); his great grandchild Alex; and his siblings, Anne Carpenter (late Ralph) and Donald Poole (Susan).
