He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pacanovsky and Mary Pacanovsky; his siblings, Betty Garber (Pat), Joe Pacanovsky and Ray Pacanovsky; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Zelenka, Bob Zelenka, David Zelenka and Joan Juhas (Joe).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Bob (Connie) of Akron and John (Lissa) of Cary; his grandchildren, Cassie, Adam and Grant; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannette Pacanovsky, Marna Pacanovsky, Sharel Zelenka, Ann Marie Zelenka, Linda Zelenka, Pat Dybzinski (Rich) and Cheryl Zelenka.
