He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Lori Jean Slaby (Denis) and Chris (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Melissa Lucarelli, Todd Slaby (Julie), Jill Meiring (Eric), Michelle Bryan (Dan) and Alexandra Philipps; and his siblings, Joseph "Fran" (LaVerne), Rita Yatsko (late John) and Mary.
