He is survived by: his brother Jack Caldwell (Ellen); his children, Cheryl (Arthur), Bruce and Karen Caldwell; his grandson Andrew (Malissa); and his great grandchildren, Hailey and Jeremy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
