He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Jurcisek and Richard Jurcisek; and his mother-in-law Ruth. He is survived by: his spouse Andrea; his children, Thomas (Jennifer), Michelle, Danielle (Blake Lantz) and Rachel; his grandchildren, Alivia, Sydney, Braydon and Adalynn; his siblings, Chris Ries, Kathy Fawcett (Bill), Theresa Geletka (David) and Jackie Hulec (Randy); his father-in-law Charles Kaly; and his siblings-in-law, Christopher Kaly (Betty Ann) and Jennifer Karam (Steve).
