She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Turner and Emma Henry Turner; her brother Allen Wilson; and her sister-in-law Janet Wilson. She is survived by: her significant other Charles Ronald Reppart; her children, Pamela Miller (Ronald), Kenneth R. England Jr. (Holli) and Kelli McClure (Joseph); her grandchildren, RJ, April, Jessica, Miranda, Lucas, Aubri, Mallori and Delani; and her siblings, Donnie Arledge and Betty Hacker (Rick). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
