Barbara Lynn Long Obituary
Barbara Lynn Long, age 87, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on February 20, 1938, in Sellersville, Pennsylvania to the late William and Kathyrn Hartman. Barbara was a proud graduate of the 1956 Class from Souderton High School.
She was an avid reader, lover of all animals, enjoyed traveling especially to the beach, enjoyed arts and crafts, enjoyed helping others decorate their homes, and most of all she loved spending time with her beloved family. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Frank Charles "Chuck" Long; daughter, Norma (Kevin) Coy; grandchildren, Jason (Erika Quintero) Coy, Christy Coy, Shauna Coy, and Brandon Coy; great-grandchildren, Catalina Coy, Dan Gray, Maria Cross, Logan Coy, Sydnee Coy, and Mason Coy; brother William "Bill" (Sandy) Hartman. Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Pataskala Presbyterian Church, 405 S. Main Street Pataskala, OH 43062.
A memorial service is to immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church, with Rev. Kim Waddlington officiating. For those who cannot attend services in Ohio, a second memorial service will be held in Pennsylvania in early June of 2026.
