She was predeceased by: her mother Vergie Lore; her sister Butchy Costlow; and her daughter Patty Costlow. She is survived by: her husband John Costlow; her son Brad Costlow; and her granddaughters, Katelyn Marie Costlow and Emma Marie Costlow.
