Billie Rieser Obituary
Billie "Jean" Rieser, 91, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Meadow Grove Transitional Care. She was born on December 24, 1934 in Beaver Dam, NC, a daughter to the late Walter and Seatta (Lethco) Peregoy. Jean is survived by her children, Gale (Joe) Gallant, Edward (Ramona) Fairchild, Peggy (Michael) Rhodes Wilma (Bob Bickerstaff) Loomis; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister Pat Ramsey and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Fairchild and Vernon Rieser; two brothers; three sisters; one son-in-law and a grandson. Honoring the family's wishes, cremation will take place. Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Tri-Village Christian Church, 7509 East Broad St. SW, Pataskala, OH 43062 with Pastor Paul Snoddy officiating.
