She was predeceased by : her son Doug Hofmann; and her cousins, Doris Johnson (Robert) and Kay Johnson Susil. She is survived by : her husband Robert B. Thornton; her daughter Paula Hofmann; her granddaughter Jenifer Owens-Morrison; and her son-in-law Mark Morrison. She is also survived by children, numerous other cousins, and many friends.
