He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Milhoan and Goldie Milhoan of Alledonia, Ohio.; his siblings, Maxwell Secrest and Patricia Brown; and his grandson Nolen Milhoan.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Lisa Milhoan, Amie Ditto (Scott), Ryan Milhoan (Tricia), Chad Milhoan (Jessica) and Lacy Clouse (Brian); his grandchildren, Brooke, Marcus, Jakob, Jace, Austin, Maxwell, Kodi, Kristen, Zoey, Grace, Jack, Karleigh and Brylan; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Gabriel, Emerson and Mark; and his brother Howard Milhoan.
