She was predeceased by: her father Michael Steven Hague; her son Christopher Michael Flautt; her aunts, Trudi Swope Ragan and Molly Hague Stemm; and her grandparents, Rosemary Swope (Miller), Gene, Doris Swope, Clyde (Bud) and Betty Hague.
She is survived by: her mother Connie Jean Wren (Swope); her son Karter Douglas Pittsenbarger; her sisters, Julie Grindstaff (Michael) and Autumn Jones; Karl Pittsenbarger. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the VFW Post 1058 (1318 Putnam Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701).
