Joan Elizabeth Brown Obituary

Joan Elizabeth Brown, 82, of Pataskala, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at the Inn at Winchester Trail. She was born on January 25, 1944 in Powell, OH, a daughter to the late Hadley and Ruth (Fowler) Spahr. Joan is survived by her son, Troy (Tonya) Brust; grandchildren, Kyle (Emily) Brust, Lindsey Brust, Zoe Brust, Gabrielle (Issac Hansen) Brust, Ava Brust and Bryan Keaton; great-grandchildren, Bryden Brust and Graham Brust; siblings, Dave Spahr and Denny (Cecila) Spahr; daughters-in-law, Marilyn Brust and Holly Brust and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" Brown; sons, Ty Brust and Timothy Brust and brother, Jimmy Spahr. Family and friends may call from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Honoring Joan's wishes, cremation will follow services.
