He is survived by: his wife Patricia Milam; his children, Lindsay Hilburn (Robert), Michele Alexander (James) and Robert Snyder (Virginia); and his brother Paul Milam (Deborah). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
