He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Temple (Wymer); his sons, Michael Keith Temple and Andrew Robert Temple (Rachael); his grandchildren, Robert Lee Temple, Leah Rose Temple and Collin Patrick Queen; and his brother Chris Temple.
