She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen J. Chivas and Imelda Chivas (Guerin); and her siblings, John S. Chivas and Kathleen Chivas Moylan. She is survived by: her husband Larry Meade; her sons, Jeffrey K. (Amy) and Brian J. (Niki); her sisters, Eleanor C. Maloney and Marlene C. Wresien; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Chivas.
