She is survived by: her parents, Nathaniel Jacks and Brianna Snider; her brother Roman Holder; her grandparents, Jodi Pleger (Derrick Soroka) and Kevin Jacks (Heather); her aunts and uncles, Mackenzie Snider, Chance Snider, Natalie Butterfield (Justin), Nicholas Jacks, Hailey Jacks, MacKenzie Soroka and Lillie Soroka; and her cousin Elijah Butterfield. She is also survived by many great-grandparents, cousins, extended family and friends.
Donations in her memory may be made to her family to help with final expenses through this time of mourning.
