She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Prince" and Pauline Hager "Prince" of Kentucky; her siblings, Patricia Holloway, Ronnie Hager, Michael Hager and Steve Hager; and her daughter Tammy White.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Truxall of Columbus; her brother Jerry Hager; her son Anthony "Tony" White (Jenny); her stepdaughter Amanda Helsley (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Erika White, Jake White, Nathaniel Helsley (Krista) and Hailey Helsley; and her great grandchild Weller Helsley.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Capitol City Hospice of Columbus.
