He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Moore; his parents, Earsel Moore and Hattie McClellan; and his siblings, Joyce Ann Perry, Ray McClellan and Taylor Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Livingston (Greg); his granddaughters, Samantha Yocum (Travis), Kaitlan Merz (Nicholas) and Tayler Salyers (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Cameron Merz and Addalynne Merz; and his brothers, Dabney McClellan, Charles McClellan and Royce McClellan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570).
