She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Freeman Page and Sylvia Mae Page; and her husband Wesley "Wes" Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal L. Mason and Ashley N. Winner; her grandchildren, Paige Mason, Adam Lynn and Chloe Winner; her brother Winston F. Page, Jr. (Debbie); her sibling's children, Nick Page (Erin), Shannon Stephen (Spencer) and Connor Page; and her great-niece Aspen.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sandra's memory to the West End Church of Christ, located at 987 W. Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055.
