He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pickard and Esther Pickard (List); his wife Mary Linda Pickard; and his brother Keith Pickard. He is survived by: his son Robert "Rob" Bruce Pickard of Patriot, OH; his grandchildren, Lauren Skull (Mick) of Illinois and Steven Pickard of St. Louis Missouri; and his great grandchild Lyra Skull of Illinois.
