He is survived by: his wife Tina McCormick; his siblings, Brad (Connie), Odis "Butch" (Ruby), Shawn (Teresa), Jean, Romona, Valerie and Shawna; his children, Jason, Heidi, Tiffany and Jacob; and his stepdaughter Amber Woods. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a great niece.
