He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Marrs and Eliza Marrs (Estlick); his wife Ruby Ellen Wilder; his granddaughter Eliza; and his sisters, Lura Bell Kourt, Mary Suersel, Martha Putman, Norma Sheets, Sally Wright and Naomi Walburn.
He is survived by : his children, Dan Marrs of Sunsites, AZ, Fred E. Marrs of Evans, CO, JoAnn Norris of Defiance, OH and Linda Cloer of Defiance, OH; and his granddaughters, Mackenzie and Melissa. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
