He is survived by: his wife Paula Birch; his daughters, Christy Timbrook (Kevin) of Antwerp, OH and Julie Wirts (Ron) of Paulding, OH; his siblings, Gil Gutierrez (Denise) of Van Wert, OH, David Gutierrez (Marsha) of Auburn, IN, Ron Gutierrez of Tallahassee, FL, Diann Ebel (James) of Perrysburg, OH, Sue Szuch (Jeff) of Elida, OH, Lou Biberstine (Steve) of Ohio City, OH, Bernadine Hooper of Van Wert, OH and Mariea Moreland of Van Wert, OH; his sister-in-law Jeanene Gutierrez of Rockford, OH; and his grandchildren, Skylr, Kendall of Kalli, RJ and Rya.
