She was predeceased by : her father William Griffin; and her husband Gordon L. Youtsey. She is survived by : her children, Larry Youtsey (Nancy) of Van Wert, Steven Youtsey (Julie) of Paulding and Marcia Taylor of Paulding; her grandson Christopher Youtsey; and her children, Michelle Johannas, Nicole Holland (Warren), Rick Taylor, Gordy Youtsey (Kim), Brian Morris (Carla) and Travis Youtsey (Bandy). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lucy's memory may be sent to Scott EMS.
