She is survived by : her cousins, Janice Cave of Fort Wayne, IN, Nellie Hooley (Byron) of Fort Wayne, IN, Joyce Stewart (Glen) of Nashville, TN, Paul Long (Helen) of Paulding, OH, David Long (Nancy) of Paulding, OH and Carol McGrath (Tom) of Paulding, OH; her aunt Virginia Paulus of Paulding, OH; her friend Steve Epstein of Fort Worth, TX.; her caregivers, Jackie Pearson and Angie Maldonado; and her friend Matt Strayer.
