It is with sadness that the passing of Robert P. Fessel of Paulding, Ohio is shared. Robert, born on October 25, 1948, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, E. C. "Bud" Fessel and Ruth Fessel (Cormany); his daughter-in-law Alisha Fessel; and his stepfather J. Gareth Hitchcock. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fessel of Paulding, OH; his children, Daniel Fessel of Cape Coral, FL and Kelly Kirkland (Jerrod) of Bryan, OH; his grandchildren, Gabriel Fessel, Cape Coral and Taylor Lucas of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Lucy and Bryce Kirkland; and his siblings, Richard Fessel, Patricia Luo and Sharon Chopin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
