She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Ankney and Alwilda Ankney; her daughter Bobbie Jo Yocum (Noffsinger); and her siblings, Sally, Tom and Tony.
She is survived by: her husband Don Clemens; her children, Lora Clemens and Trent Clemens (Stacy); her son-in-law Chris Yocum; her grandchildren, Jayde Garcia, Tawni Ridgeway, Abbie Keirns (Jordan), Zayne Yocum and Jack Clower; and her great grandchildren, Jayce and Carmen.
Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's memory to CHP Hospice.
