He was predeceased by: his father Everett Nickols. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Nickols (Sentel) of Paulding, OH; and his sisters, Deborah McCollum of Paulding, OH and Laura Bird of Defiance, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
