He was predeceased by: his father Terry "Sleep" Neer. He is survived by: his mother Linda Neer (Dempsey) of Paulding, OH; his wife Tina Neer of Paulding, OH; his daughter Dovie Neer (Tiffany) of Fort Wayne, IN; his stepchildren, Dewey Barajas (Hailey) of Van Wert, OH and Katrina Barajas of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Greg Neer (Becky) of Paulding, OH, Deb Fisher (Gary) of Payne, OH and Pam Rosswurm (Chris) of Payne, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879).
Memorial contributions may be made in Tim's memory to an organization of the donor's choice.
