Arvil Sizemore Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arvil Sizemore (Payne, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Fannie (Rice); his siblings, James Sizemore, Arnold Sizemore, Grant Sizemore, Charles Sizemore and Elsie Hoskins; his brothers-in-law, Dewayne Wright and Bob Johnson; and his grandson Richard Zartman (Richie).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Sizemore (Copsey); his siblings, Elmer Sizemore (Glenna) of Kentucky, Geraldine Wright of Kentucky, Thelma Maggard (Ken) of Georgia and Gail Johnson of Texas; and his children, Marcella Allard (Tom) of Indiana, Cathy Sizemore of Indiana, Sheila Sizemore (Vickie) of Indiana, Rob Zartman (Kathy) of Paulding and Patty Miller (Rich) of Van Wert.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Payne Church of the Nazarene (509 Orchard St, Payne, OH 45880).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to EverHeart Hospice.
