He is survived by: his wife Angie (Forrer); his children, Mitch Franklin (Brandy), Coty (Jenni Lamond) and Amber Franklin (Brandon Blankenship); his brother Jeff Franklin (Lizzie); his grandchildren, Chloe, Chandler, Caydan, Delilah, Kayle, Chase, Kendel, Alyssa, Ady, Brayton, Brenton, Kenzie, Connor, Nick, Tyler, Landon, Grady and Kailynn; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Ava, Weston and Alina.
