He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Hammond (Bradford) and George Carter; his wife Ruth (Lunn); and his sister Nancy Karris. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Davis (Kelly), Brian Carter (Pandora) and Christina Flynn (Samuel). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; & 15 great grandchildren.
