She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Powell (Lockhart) and Edward Kemper; and her siblings, Linda West, Doug, Carl and Charles Powell.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Jenkins; her children, Randy Forrrer (Angela) and Angie Franklin (Dave); and her sister Donna Sadler. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She worked at Dallas Lamb Foundation home in Payne.
