With sadness, we share the passing of Wayne F. Copsey of Payne, Ohio. Wayne, born on September 10, 1936, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marcia, Ernest and Alvin. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Bruce and Angela Santo (Brian); his grandchildren, Nathan and Tiffany May; his siblings, Maxine Mock (late Fred), Evelyn Molthan (Howard) and Orval Copsey; and his sister-in-law Eloise Copsey.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dooley Funeral Home (5761 OH-500, Payne, OH 45880). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church (203 W Townline St, Payne, OH 45880).
Memorials are to Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 417 N. Main Street, Payne, Ohio 45880 to be used for St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Payne.
