She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Millhouse and Edith Mae Millhouse (Gilmore); her son Chester W. Mullins Jr.; and her siblings, Henrey Millhouse, Phillip Millhouse, Raymond Carl Millhouse, Kenny Millhouse, Robert "Butch" Millhouse, Charles Millhouse, Willard Millhouse Jr., Harley Millhouse, Donald Millhouse, Thelma Anderson and Roberta Forest.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Brown (Randy) of Orange, Konnie Hackworth (Frank Haggy) of Pedro, Karen Miller (Larry) of Coal Grove, Ohio and Charles Mullins (Kerstin) of Beaumont; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stamper (Mitchell) of Scottown and Michael Chet Mullins of Lancaster, Ohio; her brother Clyde Millhouse of Chesapeake; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Millhouse of Burlington, Barb Millhouse of Columbus and Nancy Millhouse of South Point; her nephew George Reed of California; and her close friends, Lucianne Dust of Pedro, Kristi Debord of Pedro and Kathy Gannon (Greg) of Ironton. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
