She was predeceased by : her father Joe Henry; her siblings, Frederick "Gene" (Sally Scior), Don (JoAnn Scior), Ken (Phyllis Ackison), Paul "Tom" (Kay Ackison) and Catherene; her brother-in-law Clarence Shaw; and her close friend John R. Floyd.
She is survived by : her brother Ralph "Bud"; and her sister-in-law Gertie Ackison of Kokomo, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation account has been established in Freda's memory at Ohio Valley Bank.
