He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford James Malone and Darlene Elizabeth Malone (Evans); his sister Carol Jean Rogers; his son James Sean Malone; and his grandson Taylor Joseph Malone.

He is survived by : his wife Gleah Malone (Bare); his daughters, Katrina Malone of Pedro and Korina Jenkins (David) of Coal Grove; his niece Connie Evans (Terry) of Pedro; his nephew Rusty Rogers (Teresa) of Pedro; his grandchildren, Wade Jenkins, Luke Jenkins, James Ryan Malone and Cynthia Rose Malone; and his uncle Kenneth James Malone. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
