She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Roy and Madolyn Hackworth (Boggs); her son Jonathon Bailey; her siblings, Lee Roy Hackworth Jr. (Kim Howard), Edmond Hackworth, Annie Baranoski, Lois Russell, Katrina Hackworth and Gail Stewart; her brother-in-law Jeff Penwell; her partner Freddie Penwell; and her pet Duke.

She is survived by : her children, Monica Brown (David) of Canal Winchester, OH, Peggy Bruce (Ed) of Pedro, OH, Scott Hackworth (Ruth) of Ironton, OH and Steve Hackworth (Angel) of Ironton, OH; her siblings, Bill Hackworth (Anna Bailey) and Genny Penwell of Pedro, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Stewart, Frank Baranoski and Nancy Hackworth.
