He was predeceased by : his parents, Linzy Turley and Garnet Whisman Turley; his wife Gladys Runyon Turley; and his siblings, George Turley, Joe Turley, Donald Turley, Betty Hamilton, Patty Scott and Mary Turley.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Morgan (Rick) of Ironton, OH, Brenda Cade (George) of Pedro, OH, Danny Turley (Pamela) and Timothy Turley (Ruthie) of Ironton, OH; and his grandchildren, Rickie Morgan, Jennifer Wilds, Donna Morgan, Kevin Cade, Emily Jenkins, Kelli Elder, Scott Turley, Vicki Majors, David Turley, Austin Turley and Kenny Browning. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
